Granulated Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Dough
• one (table spoon) of yeast
•Half (cup of tea) of powdered chocolate
• Two (cup of tea) of flour
•One (cup of tea) of milk
• 5 eggs
• One (cup of tea) of sugar

Filling and covering:
• Half (cup of tea) of granulated chocolate
• Half (cup of tea) of chocolate
• Two table  spoons  of butter
•Two cans of  condensed milk

 
Preparation

Dough:
mix in a mixer, the egg white slowly. Then put the egg yolks, one by one, and add the sugar. Pour the milk little by little, without stopping.

Finally, delicately add the flour with the soluble Chocolate and the yeast. Then pour in one round (28 cm of diameter) dipped in grease and Sprinkle flour. Bake at approximately (200º C) for 40 minutes.  Leave it to cool and cut it half..


Filling and covering:
Take the condensed Milk, the butter and the soluble Chocolate in to a pan and cook, mixing always. When it starts to   boil, lower the fire and leave it  to cook, without stopping  mixing it, for about 6 minutes or until forming a consistent cream. Cover half of the cake with this cream, spread the remaining with a spatula or knife and spreads the granulated chocolate in the entire surface. Take it in to the refrigerator and  serve
