Birthday Cake





Ingredients
 
Cover
• Two (tea cup) of refined sugar
• Half (tea cup) (100 ml) of water
• One teaspoon of vanilla essence
• Two white eggs

Decoration:
• One coconut cut  in little strips
• One and half (tea cup ) of granulated sugar

Dough
• Half (teacup) coconut (shredded)
• Two and half (teacup) flour
• one and half  (teacup ) of sugar
• 5 egg yolks
• 5 white eggs
• One (teaspoon) of salt
• One tablespoon of dry yeast
• Three quarter  (teacup ) of pineapple juice
• Half  (teacup ) of sunflower oil

Preparation
Dough- Place in a big bowl, the sugar with the flour and the dry yeast. Then add the coconut, the salt, the oil, egg yolks and the pineapple juice. Reserve Whisk the white egg in. Then add delicately to the reserve mixture.

Place this dough in a pan form with a hole, with the help of a spoon so that it stays  with air bubbles. Place in a pre heated oven 180 c.for about 40 minutes. Take it out of the form when it is cold.

Then Place the covering s and also decorate with the shredded coconut.



Covering:
Mix all the ingredients and warm it, with care not to cook the egg white. Remove it and beat very well until well firm. Cover the cake using a spatula.

Decoration: Boil refined sugar with the water, until getting a  little thick . Put together the shredded coconut and boil for 5 minutes. Remove it with a spoon. Roll in spiral form and  spread them on a dry cloth. Leave it to dry and decorate the cake. Prepare ribbons of coconut before the covering, so that already they are rolled.
